Our process will greatly reduce the amount of time invested in getting the detailed information you need. It is also necessary to consider verifying recurring patients because one in four have either changed insurance providers or jobs within the last 12 months.


What is the main process of communication?

Your secure back office with the logins we provide to you is the main process of ‘pulling’ information and updates. This is made available with 24/7 access. A support telephone number is also available for additional questions when necessary.


What reporting is offered?

Are there any contracts?

No. We do not feel the need to tie users down. If, for any reason you are unhappy you are free to cancel your account at anytime.


How do I get started?

Getting started is as easy as visiting our Get Started page and creating your account which will generate your back office logins. Once you are able to login to your back office, you can begin verifying insurance coverages.


Why do I need a web based solution?

Time is money and its more efficient than verifications by phone. You can also store information by printing or saving results.


How are fees structured?

There are monthly fees based on your volume with a set amount of inquiries built in per month. Any overages are a modest additional fee per inquiry. For more information on fees, click here.


Is a batch import process available?

Yes. You have the ability within your back office to upload a batch of inquiries from a spreadsheet. We can take several different file formats including excel and .csv spreadsheet files.


What data is returned in my inquiry results?

Each inquiry will return eligibility status, term dates, demographic info, current co-pays and co-insurance, current deductibles (in-network and out-of-network), PCP names and primary/secondary payers for Medicare.
